Admission prices

Tickets to the exhibitions and permanent expositions can be purchased at the ticket desks of Samogitian museum “Alka”, Samogitian Bishoptry museum and exposition of Samogitian village.

Samogitian museum Alka (Muziejaus street 31, Telšiai)

  • Adults – 3,00 €
  • For schoolchildren, students and seniors (document must be provided) – 1,50 €
  • Guided tour for more than 20 persons (in English language) – 25,00 €
  • Guided tour to Rainiai chapel (in English language) – 25,00 €
  • Admission for education per person (groups for less than 25 persons) – 3,00 €
  • Admission for education “Drawing on glass” per person (groups for less than 25 persons) – 5,00 €

Samogitian village exposition (Malūno street 5, Telšiai)

  • Adults – 3,00 €
  • For schoolchildren, students and seniors (document must be provided) – 1,50 €
  • Guided tour (in English language, duration of tour 1,5 h) – 25,00 €
  • Admission for education per person (groups for less than 25 persons) – 3,00 €
  • For visiting Samogitian village exposition park only when expositions are closed (per person) – 1,00 €

Photograph and film in the exhibition of Samogitian village:

  • for commercial purposes – 30 €

 

Samogitian Bishoptry museum (S. Daukanto street 6, LT-88318 Varniai, district of Telšiai)

  • Adults – 2,00 €
  • For schoolchildren, students and seniors (document must be provided) – 1,00 €
  • Guided tour to Samogitian Bishoptry museum: the observation of the bell tower, visiting the monuments for Bishop Merkelis Giedraitis, can. Mikalojus Daukša and Bishop Motiejus Valančius. Guided tour is also available to Varniai Cathedral and the crypt of Bishops (available in English, German and Russian languages) – 25,00 €
  • Admission for education per person (groups for less than 25 persons) – 2,00 €
  • Admission for education “Drawing on glass” per person (groups for less than 25 persons) – 5,00 €

Admission is free of charge for pre-school children, orphanages, socially supported persons, which are on the approved list by welfare institutions, disabled adults, for members of ICOM and LDID and for members of the Cultural Heritage Department. Discounts are available for visitors which provide the approved legal document.
